Linda McCartney’s Mini Pork & Apple Sausage Rolls

3 Vegan Nibbles You Need To Try This Christmas

Although labelled as Vegetarian, Linda McCartney’s Mini Pork & Apple Sausage Rolls are in fact 100% vegan friendly. They contain pieces of a meat-free pork style sausage made from soya proteins¬†with added apple and wrapped in crispy puff pastry. These are so moorish and taste incredible dipped in Ketchup. Unfortunately the apple flavours do not come through making them taste more like an ordinary sausage roll, but nonetheless very tempting. These would fool your non-vegan party goers and go down a treat!

These would go down a treat post-Christmas when nursing the hangover from the Prosecco and mulled wine or thrown in a baguette with veggie sausages and a few mushrooms.

The bubble and squeak bites sound great! I usually make my own sausage rolls and vegan cheese at Christmas. This year I’m doing almond feta and a herb and nut encrusted log.
