Raw Cacao Avocado Mousse
2 tbsp of raw cacao
½ a medium ripe banana
1 small avocado
4 tbsp of water
3 tsp of brown rice syrup
1 pinch of sea salt
Step 1: Add all ingredients to a food processor minus the rock salt and blend until smooth.
Step 2: Once blended, sprinkle the rock salt on top to garnish.
Step 3: Chill for 30 minutes and serve.
