My Vegan Tofu Avocado Sandwich recipe will have your mouth watering. What could be more delicious than crispy tofu pieces and slices of avocado combined in a sandwich in less than 15 minutes? Super simple and delicious! In this recipe I have used the Tofoo Co. extra firm and versatile Naked Tofu.
Vegan Tofu & Avocado Sandwich

1/4 of The Tofoo Co. Naked Extra Firm tofu
1 crusty bread roll
1 tsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of sesame oil
1 tsp of chilli and garlic flakes
1 small avocado
1 squeeze of lime
salt and pepper
Begin by draining the tofu and cutting the quarter into two thick slices.
Heat the sesame oil and soy sauce in a small frying pan and lightly fry the tofu on a medium heat.
Meanwhile, deseed and scoop the avocado into a small bowl and mash. Add the squeeze of lime, chilli and garlic flakes and season with salt and pepper and mix until a smooth and creamy consistency is formed.
Ensure both sides of the tofu are lightly fried and set aside to cool. Drain any excess oil off using a kitchen towel.
Lightly toast the roll and layer the avocado and tofu slices to the base.
